From document pile to chase list
1. Confirm the scope
We identify the governing closeout/O&M requirements, revision, package manifest, page references and whether the supplied package is complete enough to support a missing finding.
2. Break out the obligations
Explicit requirements become traceable rows with source page, operative wording and identifiers such as equipment tags or model numbers.
3. Find qualifying evidence
AVF searches the declared package for evidence. A filename or table-of-contents mention is not treated as proof.
4. Keep uncertainty visible
PRESENT needs defensible evidence. MISSING needs adequate declared scope. Weak matches, mismatched identifiers and incomplete scope remain UNCLEAR.
5. Challenge the result
A second pass rechecks citations, identifiers, missing claims, duplicates and conflicts before delivery.
6. Chase the exceptions
You receive a concise action queue plus the cited requirement/evidence matrix, so the next administrative step is obvious.

The boundary matters
This is document QA, not engineering judgment. AVF checks supplied business documents against explicit supplied closeout requirements. It does not certify engineering/design correctness, code or regulatory compliance, legal/contract interpretation, warranty validity, professional/as-built certification, or owner/consultant acceptance.
Readable inputs required: searchable/readable files with stable page references are required for the controlled pilot.
Customer-document handling
Minimum necessary: AVF uses only business files intentionally supplied for the accepted scan. Customer content is not reused for public examples, model training, unrelated benchmarking, unrelated research or another customer's work without separate explicit permission.
No public upload shortcut: the public intake does not accept customer files. A hosted upload path will not launch until storage, access control, encryption, retention, deletion, logging, secret handling and adversarial security tests are implemented and verified.
Synthetic demo: the public demo contains no customer data and sends no document content or interaction telemetry to AVF.
Security and privacy claims are limited to controls actually implemented and verified; AVF does not claim certifications or residency guarantees that have not been established.
