Input: governing closeout/O&M requirements plus the current package or document log.
Output: one traceable row per explicit requirement, cited to both the governing source and qualifying evidence where found.
Status model: PRESENT / MISSING / UNCLEAR / CONFLICT. A finding cannot be called MISSING merely because software failed to find a match.
Current pilot boundary: searchable/readable material, ≤250 total pages and ≤100 explicit requirements. Preflight occurs before payment.
Supplier Price-Change Scan
A secondary structured-data service for exact-key supplier-file reconciliation.
Input: current item-master CSV/XLSX + new supplier CSV/XLSX, up to 5,000 rows each.
Output: exact-key price changes, new/missing SKUs, duplicate keys, blank critical fields, and rows that cannot be cleanly matched.
No ERP writeback, fuzzy matching, enrichment, or commercial-term interpretation in the current pilot.

Traceability is part of the product.
Every deliverable stays inside the supplied file set and the accepted scope. PRESENT requires evidence citation. MISSING requires adequate declared search scope. When either side cannot be established, the result remains UNCLEAR rather than being converted into certainty.
